Essential Oil Blend: Lemongrass, sweet marjoram, eucalyptus, camphor, and menthol with aromatic spices. The fresh, herbal aroma profile lasts approximately 3–4 months after opening.

To Use: Hold the jar 3–4 inches from your nose. Inhale deeply for 4 seconds, then slowly exhale for 6 seconds. Repeat as desired.
